Refund Policy

At Christmas Tree Projector, we want you to be happy with your "Magical Christmas Tree USB Projector Light".

1. 30-Day Returns

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.

2. How to Start a Return

Email support@christmastreeprojector.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with a return authorization and the address to ship to. Please do not send items back without authorization.

3. Condition of Returns

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all accessories (including projection discs). We may refuse returns that do not meet this standard.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not work as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
