1. Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 pay a flat $8.95 per order. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. Delivery to the United States and Canada usually takes 5 to 10 business days after shipping. You will receive an order confirmation email after you order, and another when your order has shipped.

4. Canadian Orders: Duties and Taxes

Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged on arrival. These are set by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number you can use on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

Christmas Tree Projector is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, extreme weather, natural disasters, or customs processing. We will do our best to help resolve any shipping issue.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. These addresses can only be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@christmastreeprojector.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 7 days of delivery (for damaged packages). Please include your order number and a description of the issue; for damaged items, photos are required. We will work with the carrier to resolve it, which may include a replacement or refund.
